1. Returns:

On March 11th, 2020, The World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 a pandemic. WHO defines a pandemic as a global spread of a new disease. Due to concerns about hygiene and the safety of our customers and employees, we will NOT be accepting any returns or exchange.

After the COVID-19 pandemic is declared to be over by WHO, we will review our return policy and continue to act in the best interest of our customers and employees. Thank you for your patience and understanding.​​​

2. Order Cancellations:

We strive to fulfil orders as quickly as possible to get your items out to you in a timely matter. Because of this, once an order has been confirmed, it can be changed or cancelled only within 2 hours of placing the order.
